Liamm's Head Wound
Oh the joys of BOYS! My relief society President warned me about this when I first moved into this ward & told her I had 3 boys!!! She has 3 boys as well (who are all teenagers now) but she said, "oh boys are wonderful! But get ready for lots of emergency room visits!!" Well, she was right! Yesterday Liamm was running around the big island in the kitchen, chasing Brendan, (which they do all the time!) when all of a sudden I hear a big bang & Liamm scream! I ran to see what happened, and poor little Liamm is laying on the ground! He is just the exact same height right now was the cutting board, which was pulled out a little ways, and he gouged his head on the corner of it! Well, I try not to panick, mostly becuase Austen is gone with the car giving Plasma, and he can't even pick up his phone during it! (I know...we need a 2nd vehicle!) I doctored it up as well as I could. I had to actually cut some of his hair away to actually get to it! Poor lil guy now has a bald spot there! Anyway, we took him in, and instead of one stitch, they glued it shut! GLUE?! Now why didn't they think of that when I was a kid! Stitches hurt! Anyway, Brendan did almost this exact same thing at this same age, only he got it on his eyebrow! We are just really glad that little Liamm is ok! I guess boys will be boys?!
